I like that they come in Multiple sizes. I used the small sized one on 3 flights. It was the perfect size. The ice did melt faster then I would like, but the bag stayed cool enough.
I did refill for each flight, about a cup of ice.

These ice packs are cute however they do not keep ice very long. I have used one of the bags so far and the ice only lasted about 2.5 hours. It has completely melted. This is the worst ice pack I have ever purchased. For the price you would think the ice would last a lot longer.
