I use these to keep my hands cold during chemo treatments. They are just big enough to fit in the palm of my hands. I had to buy a larger one for my feet to sit on but these work great. They are also great when kids have a small injury. I am not wasting tons of ice since they are smaller. They stay cold longer than one time use ice packs and the designs are cute.

I avoid drugs at all cost. These are perfect for dental pain, sore knee or shoulder, head… Use with a washcloth to protect the skin and it works great.

I have a larger Ice bag and needed one I could tuck into my bag when I irritated my knee at work or while traveling. I ordered these to have one in every car’s emergency kit and to leave one at work. They are exactly as pictured with the two fruit & two animal prints. Each ice bag was wrapped individually in a larger bag. When I opened the bags they did not have a smell, unlike the other set I ordered. The caps made a secure seal and kept the ice & water inside. The material is heavier weight than the other set and sweated less, keeping the outside drier. I have not used it with hot/warm water, but since it did not leak out the ice water, I’d guess it wouldn’t leak that either.
