I’m definitely going to buy these as gifts. The packaging was super high quality; it reminded me of how Apple packages iPhones. Opening it was an experience. The box was heavy, there were textures, everything felt substantial. Incredibly well done on that front.
In terms of performance, I was disappointed. I own cooler ice packs with gel that freezes at -15C, and I had hoped these would do the same sort of thing for my scotch. I really wanted ultra-chilled alcohol that was never diluted. And these did keep my drinks chilled, but not even as much as regular ice cubes. So they’re cool, but I don’t use them.

I bought this for my husband on our 11th wedding anniversary, and he started using them immediately. There’s apparently nothing worse than watering down your whiskey, and he gets to enjoy his drinks without the flavor being ruined.
His friends see them when they come over, and they think they’re super fancy!
For the price paid, and the use he’s getting out of these, I would buy them for every man in my life who enjoys a cold adult beverage when they get home!
