Lamentablemente por la pandemia el envío tardó muchísimo tiempo, contacté al vendedor para avisar de la situación y solicitar reembolso. Muy amablemente me reembolsó el envío rápido que había pagado, el importe del producto y para no grata sorpresa días después me mandó el tobillero de regalo como disculpa por los inconvenientes. De verdad que se nota la diferencia de atención al cliente de empresas extranjeras, por lo menos en este caso. El producto se ve muy bien y lo comenzaré a utilizar para ayudar en la desinflamación de mi cirugía de tobillo.

These are perfect for any joints. I use them because I have chronic ankle issue due to my days playing basketball in school and college and lots of compounding injury that never healed properly. If that sounds like you, buy it ASAP. There is a layer of soft clothlike material that makes application extremely easy, just pop in out of the freezer and apply. The elastic band will stretch as needed and the Velcro is strong. Walking around with this on my ankle is no problem at all. One of my finer Amazon purchases.

I bought two of these for ankle tendinitis. I’m very pleased with the comfort and relief I get from these ice wraps.
The ice packs themselves offer pain relief exactly where you need it, mold right around your ankles and are then secured with Velcro wraps. Great product. Highly recommend!

I have an ankle fracture and still a lot of swelling 2 months after surgery. So I purchased this ice pack and it’s amazing, excellent fit for the ankle and it stays perfectly in place because of the Velcro. I keep this pack in the freezer but when I’m planning r to use it I take it out a bit earlier to soften up so that I get a better fit otherwise the pack is too stiff.

This was a game changer to recover from an ankle injury, was easier to use than tying a towel with an ice pack. My only gripe is it only stays ice cold for about a half hour to an hour.

It does help with pain but need to do therapy to help heal the tendon . Relatively easy to use and ok price

This fits the ankle just right, so much that I can avoid having to hold a larger ice pack till it’s done. I’m happy that the Velcro strap holds this ice so I can do other things

1)not cold enough on the cushion side when strap on.
2) not flexible enough when cold to around ankle contour
3) strapin lack the capability to secure firmly.

This product was used once a week at most and split at the seam. The design and shape is good (hence the 1 star), but the quality is poor.
Would not recommend. Not worth the money at all.
