This is a perfect size for the bento box lunch systems. It’s thin so less bulk and weight in your kids’ lunch bags. It seems to hold coldness and not very much condensation. I ended up returning it because my kids wanted a different lunch system so not need to the ice packs that fits afterall. I went back to using generic small rectangle size and thickness from the dollar store. It does the job but does have a considerable amount of condensation after a day in a lunch bag. If Bento ended up selling the same ice packs but smaller in size, I would definitely pick up a few.

These ice packs take up hardly any space in your lunch bag. They do defrost relatively quickly compared to other icepacks that I’ve had before, probably because of the thin build. Definitely plan on putting more than one of these in your lunch bag if it’s summer time!

I work on 12 hours shift and I have to put my lunchbox in my car trunk all shiftlong. My lunchbox is of good quality (not the best but it do fine). I take out two meal directly from the freezer to my lunchbox before shift and two BENGO ICE LUNCH CHILLER whit it, when I reach midday the BENGO ICE LUNCH CHILLER are fully unfreeze. I find it disturbing that two CHILLER can’t stay freezed for 6 hours while they are with my allready freeze meals. The size is very adequat for my lunchbox but their freezing capabilities are not.
