These cubes add a colorful splash to most drinks. I purchased these to add to my hydration thermos. I had hoped these cubes would help keep my drink colder longer than ice cubes. The nice thing is they won’t water down your drink when they defrost. However, they do not keep your drink cold for very long. I’d say maybe 15 minutes. They are easy to clean. There is no taste adding them into your drink. I’ve no issue with the cubes breaking or leaking. I’ve owned and used them for about a month on a daily basis.

I did like all the different colors and that there were so many cubes. However, I think their size ultimately undermined their ability to cool down beverages without watering down the drink–which is the point of things like this. I don’t know if it’s water inside these cubes or something else, but it almost seems like they don’t really freeze all the way through. The outer portion of the cube and the interior lining seems to freeze, but not the rest… or at least they do so very poorly. If you are looking for these sweet colorful nuggets to cool down your drink to just above freezing temperatures… you will be disappointed. But if your aim is just to slightly chill your drink or just to have a colorful aesthetic, then you might find this worthwhile. Again, I think if these cubes were larger, you might get a more significant cooling factor. Then again, they ALSO might not freeze all the way through. I have not tried adjusting the temperature of the freezer, or kept a close eye on how long they are in there before I use them, but usually it’s around 1-3 days, and that should be more than enough time to completely freeze. This product is probably best suited for someone looking to add aesthetic and least suited for those looking for a practical and dependable product.

It defrosted quickly, but it is nice

Definitely would recommend product if you want cold drinks but not watered down by real ice. I use it when I want to have cold coffee. Easy to wash and freezes easily. Only reason it didn’t get full stars was that a few of them have leaked and because what’s inside is clear I couldn’t tell until I squeezed the cube.
