Once you use a clear ice sphere in a good quality scotch, you won’t want to use a cloudy ice sphere or cube again!!

This ice maker is very easy to use and makes perfectly shaped balls. The balls come out pretty clear, there is slight clouding on the bottom, but still pretty good. The balls are on the smaller size, would have liked them to be a tad bigger. Worth the purchase.

I followed the instructions exactly. Unfortunately, my ice wasn’t clear. I emailed the company, and they suggested I keep my freezer warmer to slow down the freezing process. Even at the warmest setting, my freezer was too cold to make these work.
Some folks have posted great photos of clear ice, but sadly that wasn’t my experience. I tried to get them to work but ended up returning them.

I was skeptical, since we’ve tried other products and more complicated ways to achieve clear ice without success. THIS ONE ACTUALLY WORKED! The balls are a bit bigger than a golf ball size. We use Reverse Osmosis water; followed the instructions and we have beautiful clear ice.

Does what it says, gets you clear cubes. Down side I’ve noticed even after having washed them a few times is that if I don’t run the cubes under some cold water before use I get minerals floating in my drink. This is with me using filtered water.
