I used them to keep the mixed drinks chilled. I dropped the frozen cubes in and they did the job with no watering down the drinks.

They did leak or crack when pressure was applied. I used them as a teaching tool so I understand they would work fine as an ice cube but I had 4 and 5 year olds building with them.

These little cubes do exactly what you want them to. Chill your drink or keep it chilled without watering it down. IMPORTANT TIP; store in a ziplock or other sealed container in the freezer or they pick up flavors from other things.

When I received these, a few of them were leaking so the package was wet. Since I still had 18 cubes left I decided that would be worth 4 stars. Since I lost two in the shipment process, I am expecting the rest to eventually wear out.. so that’s a little disappointing. These will work for now though

I am very happy with these cubes! I live in a year-round warm weather climate so cold drinks are a necessity for me. These are easy to use, easy to clean, no noticeable flavor and I have enough to put new frozen cubes into 2 different thermoses each morning. I even love the bags they came in which are easy to reuse. They are so convenient. Great purchase!

Our ice maker at work has an odd taste, so I bought these hoping to keep drinking plenty of water during the work day. They did have a slight plastic scent on the first day, but after washing and soaking them, the smell is gone and they work great. I keep a sandwich bag of them in my work bag (that also freezes). I was enjoying cool water when I heard a commotion-one of my favorite coworkers had a nasty bump that was starting to swell on her face after an accident with a faulty chair. I wrapped these in a paper towel and the swelling went down right away, plus she didn’t bruise at all. She was so happy and wants to buy some of these “magic cubes” for her house.

These little ice cubes are great for keeping your beverage cold while not watering it down. The slight draw back is that they are only good for about one, maybe two drinks max, before needing a new batch of frozen cubes.
Many have complained of leaking cubes, and that is always a possibility. Luckily none of mine leaked, but to make sure they are ok I do the “squeeze” check from time to time. Once melted, and before placing them back into the freezer, simply give them a little squeeze in at least two different places. If nothing squirts out, you’re in good shape.
The stats here claim they are dishwasher safe but the plastic feels a little thin for me to fully trust them standing up to the heat of a dishwasher, even on the top rack. My advice would be to wash by hand after each use. In most cases they just need to be rinsed well and then set out to dry 🙂
