The product is easy to use, looks nice and doesn’t take up too much space. The ice is great if you take it out and use it immediately after it is made. If you wait, it starts to melt and recycle quickly. I wish that the cubes stayed frozen a little longer in the basket.
I missed the return window or I probably would have done so and tried a different one just for the simple fact that the cubes don’t stay regular cubes long enough.

It was a great little machine when it worked. But after about 6 months, it stopped working and I found plastic chunks in the water. Cheaply made. Called and emailed the company and no response. Amazon window closed.

Cleaning inside is a bit tricky and you should open the lid to let some air in as it gets gross quickly. Also as soon as ice is done you got to use it of put it in the freezer. The unit doesnt keep ice frozen

Absolutely love this ice machine! It has worked perfectly from day one and I’ve had it a little over a month now. I went from having to buy 1 10lb bag of ice every week since our ice maker broke, to being able to turn this machine on whenever more ice is needed and it makes more than enough in a single day. You do need to keep up on transferring the ice into the freezer as it will start melting in the little bucket, but that’s no big deal. Would definitely recommend this ice machine!

Our ice maker broke and the repair price was insane. Eventually we will get a new refrigerator-we were buying bags of ice about every 2 weeks during the cool months and weekly to every few days during the summer. The time and the gas didn’t make sense anymore. I researched because I only wanted a very well known brand such as Frigidaire that has been around forever. I love it so far and no issues. Fits perfect in our small galley kitchen and for 1 to 2 people depending on the cup size. If you have a large family and you want a machine to fill many cups this is not for you. But for a single person or a family that does not use a lit of ice- this is perfect!

Makes ice. Good deal for the price. Kinda slow but it beats ice cube trays! I use it probably 2 times a week and fill up 2 medium size plastic bins for daily ice water. Drain plug on the bottom is handy for draining right into the sink when you’re finished making ice. If you leave the water sit in it, it gets a smell.. if you’re looking for an ice maker for big events or like to entertain, get a bigger, better, more expensive type as you won’t get the ice production out of this one quickly.

This has been the best purchase EVER!!! Within an hour the basket was full! At first the ice is thin, then by the third cycle they’re thicker. This picture shows both the thin and thick ones. This unit is perfect for filling are thermal glasses! Much more easy for mom too, as she’s older and it’s hard for her to twist ice cube trays if I’m not around to help.

Ironically, our home refrigerator’s ice maker poop out on us. This little gadget took right over and did the job. Only complaint is the cubes are a bit moist when they go into main freezer. We simply let them completely freeze then ice pick them apart. No biggie….That’s just Mother Nature! If it wasn’t so portable I would purchase one for our RV
