I love my nugget ice maker. I love everything about it. I love the nugget ice it makes. I love the self -cleaning. I love everything about it. It is so easy to operate. One touch of a button is all it takes to start it to clean or start it making ice and even turn on its light. I would recommend this ice maker to everyone.

Purchased to replace worn out GE Opal which my wife really loved. The ad seemed to indicate it was soft ice like the Opal but the vibes are firmer. The Opal died in about 3 years and supposedly are not repairable. The Opal had gone up to a ridiculous high price about$150 more than originally paid. This unit was much more affordable and the cubes are small enough not to break any teeth. If the ice was a little softer I would have given it 5 stars across the board and am not sorry we bought it. So much better than the typical ice cruncher than in any fridge we have owned.

Other than it being a little noisy every now and then, it is an awesome product. Ice makes fast, and is moderate soft.

This ice maker is making good ice but it appears that this unit must have been dropped when manufacturing, on the back left corner when it was put in the original box because there doesn’t appear to be any damage to the shipping box.. It is rather loud wile making ice. These pictures show the damage is located right at the motor. I’m unsure right now as to what I need to do. I would like to try it through the weekend.

I purchased this machine after my GE Opal nugget machine died. This machine was about half the price and so far works just as well.
Pros: Super easy set up. Literally, fill with water and plug it in. Soft chewable ice ready in about 15 minutes. Price was right.
Cons: The height of the ice maker is about an inch too tall to fit on my counter top/beneath upper cabinets. So I have it set up on my kitchen table. This will only be an issue on holidays when I have extra family at the house. Second Con is that the machine is tall and thin so the bucket that catches fills to the point that when you scoop ice you almost always drop a few nuggets and have to hunt them on the floor

It’s up and making ice. The store box was damaged inside the shipping box, but the unit wasn’t damaged. Does not make much noise. Click and thump now and again. Very easy to use.
