I use these for my back pain. They freeze faster than another kind I have and they fit well across my back under my back brace. I don’t use the straps since the back brace holds it in place. The cold lasts about 15-20 minutes and takes about another 20 minutes to refreeze. Alternating the packs I have works well. I use another brand, Zenkeyz gel ice pack extracold, that is shaped similar to a triangle, costs more, and takes longer to freeze but stays frozen on my back longer than these rectangle ones. I recommend both for back pain.

Not much more to say than everyone else has, but I love these so much I had to chime in. I got eaten alive by mosquitos recently and I react very badly to mosquito bites. Hydrocortisone cream, calamine lotion, regular lotion, even icy hot, nothing helped with the itch. I can’t take Benadryl, don’t know if that would have helped, but the only thing that kept me from clawing the skin off of my legs was keeping the bites iced. And ice packs are great but hard to keep in place if you still want to, say, walk around. I wasn’t injured, just itchy, so I wanted to be able to keep doing the things I needed to do. I have a large heating/cooling pad with a strap for your back or hip or whatever, but it’s too big to easily strap it to a lower leg or arm. These were exactly what I needed, a good price, and I love that they come in a pair, so I could keep one freezing and use the other, or ice bites on both legs. The strap is plenty long, but wraps around to cover a small area if you need, and keeps the ice/hot pack on so you can move around or easily ice a part of a limb that you can’t just set a pad on. These made life so much more manageable while I waited for the mosquito bites to heal enough to stop itching and I’m glad to add them to my “emergency”/medical supplies.

It’s Just Me –
As an active person in martial arts and sports in general, this is one of the best products I’ve ever purchased. It’s sturdy, versatile, mobile, and always helped my body recover without forcing me to remain stationary like other ice packs do. The velcro and the elastic straps are strong, and the design is better than any other ice pack I’ve ever owned. I’m thankful that it came in a pair too, because I’m able to ice two parts of the body simultaneously.

These only remain cold for around ten minutes, which is unfortunate; but considering the fair cost and versatility, I think this is a worthy purchase. The ability to easily adjust the strap and how tight you want it is convenient, as is the option to remove the straps when putting the cold packs in the freezer or cleaning them off.

I recently strained my shoulder. I found that this was the perfect solution for the back of my shoulder. I position the ice pack on my back and the flipped the strap over my shoulder and down the front of my shirt. By attaching the velcro to my shirt, I was able to maintain the ice pack’s position even as I moved around in my chair.
