I like it use it daily but it’s more of a cold than a frozen the “water beads” don’t actually freeze. But hey that’s good for some people and some conditions. It’s really pretty though but not what I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the actual size will fit my foot and the strap is wide enough as well. I just received the item so I haven’t used it yet but looks like what I’ve been searching for. Thanks for having these gel packs with the much needed straps.
Also, the cost is only for “1”. I misunderstood and looking at the picture thought I was receiving 2. My bad. I just ordered another one. These are good if you have Morton’s Neuroma because the strap keeps the cold pack on your foot and is much less of a struggle than continuously having to old it on your foot. THANKS AGAIN!!!

I was looking for an ice pack to put on my neck/ shoulder area. These were the perfect size and I love that one side is plastic and the other is a soft material. This keeps me from having to wrap the ice pack in a towel when I don’t want direct contact. These are good quality and hold up well. They also stay colder for longer then other ice packs I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend!

Receive it. Put it in the freezer in a zip lock bag. Pull it out to use 3 months later & it as it starts to defrost all’s start popping out. Little gel balls all over the floor. My dog trying to eat them. Oh best part, not even one use of it, can’t return it. I threw money on the trash.
