These little cartridge shaped whisky stones are great and keeping them in a little ammo box looking thing is pretty clever. They do get the job done and I’m mostly happy with them.
That said… I wish they were solid metal. Solid bronze or stainless steel or something. Something that wouldn’t impart a taste. Heck, I’ve drank water from copper, bronze, and steel containers and couldn’t taste the metal. So yeah – solid metal because the weight would feel so good.

These whiskey stone bullets make for an absolute perfect gift for that firearm enthusiast in your life. The whole set, from the case to the bullets looks and feels authentic and well made. The bullets stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, enough for you to finish your drink, and don’t water it down or alter the flavor! They make for great conversation, and are reasonably priced considering the quality.
