Okay, let me begin by saying there are “exceptions to the rule”; I originally gave this product one star but I have to say the problem I had was with my freezer! Yes I have changed my mind and must ‘fess up I was wrong. I do recommend this product, it is keeping my drink cold; it just needs a proper freezer setting. My apologies to Amazon and to the seller. I hope THIS review sets the record straight. I recommend these hard working “ice cubes”!

This product does what it says it will, chill your liquor. We tried it on soda and that didn’t work quite as well. Ice is still the best in chilling/cooling drinks. These stones are prefect for chilling your drink – they will lower the temperature of your beverage. I would recommend this product to anyone and would purchase them again. I only gave them 4 stars because being stone, it is only a matter of time before I break a glass.

Gave to my partner as a gift, very disappointing, if I could use more profound words to describe I would, did not make the drink cold at all left them in the fridge for 4 hrs as instructions said, would also like to mention did wash them before as well, tried longer when they weren’t cold and still didn’t work, would not buy, wish I didn’t.

Clearly, this seller feels that their reviews have a direct correlation to their success. (I just looked up and the crawl under the Yankees game was LIKE US ON FACEBOOK) Remember when the direct correlation to the success came from the value of the product and not some virtual popularity contest? We are literally discussing the alcoholic variation of the Pet Rock. I’m confidant the product will work exactly the way it’s supposed to, as rocks are typically wont to do. They are clean, they are rocks, they come in a fun wooden box with a little velvety bag that’s supposed to make them look cooler, so yay for all that. I’m not jagging on this seller at all, they look awesome…I’m annoyed that they are under pressure to ask me to write them a review to make whoever’s reading it say, ‘Yes, these, THESE are the rocks that will best serve my whiskelicious needs.’
So yes, buy these rocks. Buy multiple sets and gift them. Let’s create a geologic monopoly so we can all get to stop having to write these reviews.

My best friend decided to get into this whole discovery of Scotch journey and as a connoisseur of good liquor in general, I decided she needed to do it right. I didn’t have a lot to spend at the time, but I located some gorgeous glasses for her and went searching for some good looking stones, landing on these. She loved them. So I’ve recently heard about these stones from adds and such on Facebook. I was looking around for Christmas gifts for a friend of mine that loves drinking whiskey on the rocks. I remember ragging on him for putting ice in his glass, because nobody likes watered down drinks, especially when you drink whiskey that’s as expensive as his. So I looked up the stones and I found some that are good quality, affordable, and small enough to put at least 3 stones in a whiskey glass. He used them the next day, and couldn’t stop telling me how much he loved them!!! He told me that it was one of the best gifts he has been given that he can use constantly!!! I am so glad that I found the Whiskey Stones for him!!! I swear, anyone that likes drinking at home, and hates having their drink watered down, is going to love this gift, and it doesn’t just need to be used for whiskey!!

I bought this item for my other half for our anniversary as whiskey stones are something that he has always mentioned that he wanted. I was concerned that I had waited to long to order something and they would not arrive in time but I needn’t have worried.
The packging consists of a lovely wooden box, a pouch and the stones themselves and my other half could not wait to pop them in the freezer.
After a day or two he then had the chance to use them and he loves them. They don’t effect the flavour of the drink at all and they keep it chilled for longer!
