I experienced no issues whatsoever with the moulds, but a tip is to ensure that you boil the water before freezing (it makes the ice nice and clear, not cloudy). I haven’t tried cleaning yet though it seems simple enough, and not something that’ll be required to do regularly. Would recommend 10/10!

I usually don’t write reviews but since the company asked to write an HONEST review with no incentives, like some of these other companies asking to write a good review and they give you a $ 10 off coupon or something. All they did was ask for an honest review. My wife and I were in NYC few weeks ago and stopped at a fancy bar and our drinks had these huge square ice cubes in them. i said to myself those are pretty cool and fun. So went online and found this product, it was nice that it came in both square and round molds. As for the square ones, they are a little hard to remove the first time but once i figured out that if you push them from behind they come out fairly easy. As for the round ones when you fill they turn faucet on slightly so you get a small stream to fill the hole. I make a batch then put cubes in a zip lock in freezer then make more batches so always have some on hand. ALL IN ALL GREAT PRODUCT AND WOULD DEFINIATLY RECOMEND

This is quite simple to put together and fill up and carry to freezer with no spillage. I empty them often and keep them in a Ziploc baggie so I have extras ready to go whenever I need them. This is a good technique if you are having a group of people over. I also use this as treats for my dog. The only difficulty I have sometimes is popping the actual balls out of the mold. If you overfill it and ice forms around the edges you need to clear that off. I have also found that if you would let them sit on the counter for a minute or two they will pop out a bit easier. Once you get the hang of it you know what you have to do and it isn’t too challenging. But if you take them right out of freezer inspect them to fly out of mold that does not happen.

The only drawback is there isn’t enough room in my ice container in my freezer for more that 12 balls. As long as you follow the instructions on removing the balls it will be okay.
I had 1 ball which ended up only filling halfway. I didn’t realise because once you put the cover on the mould you cannot tell which ones are filled.
The balls last a long time in a drink about 15 to 20 minutes.
I used filtered water on my 2nd batch and the ice balls were a lot cleaner.
Overall a great product so far.
