I hate to put ice in my drinks, it waters them down. Sooo I use these and no problem. I had some little square ones but needed more. I mix the stars and squares together, nice presentation, sometimes it’s the little things.

Was sick of ice watering my drinks down so I got these cute little colorful stars! I adore them. I store them in the freezer in a little tupperware in the door. I just wash them with warm water and some dishsoap after using them. I’m pretty certain they aren’t dishwasher safe.

I’m pretty disappointed just by opening these – not a single clear/white star like shown in advertised photos, given red instead. The stars came in two separate mesh bags, I opened each bag and cleaned them. I laid them out to dry on this hand towel, and figured if they screwed up the colors let’s see if they atleast gave me 40 as advertised. No, only 37. I didn’t drop or lose any when opening, all done on the same countertop. I’m sure they work fine as ice cubes I just really don’t like spending $17 DOLLARS on something like this and not getting what I actually ordered.

These ice cube substitutes are fabulous. They freeze faster than regular ice cubes, keep my drinks cold for a long time without watering them down, clean up in 1 minute. This is my second batch so I will NEVER run out of “ice” in our hot, humid southern Maryland climate.
