This is the second machine replaced the first one after not working in a few months & now the replacement isn’t working properly!! Help

The ice maker made 7 cubes of ice total then stopped working. Customer support was horrible and would only respond to emails in the middle of the night. Their phone was busy all the time. They wanted a video of the machine not working. It would of been a 15 min video of it make noise and nothing happening. Go to Walmart and buy one from there. Cheaper and better.
