Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question. The “professional” photos are what you get, pretty accurate in my opinion. (Compare to mine.) I would buy another one, and expect to give at least one in the next few months for birthdays or holidays. I really enjoy having more room in my freezer and this ice maker is fast (despite 4 people continually using it) Makes nice chewable ice. We drink a lot more cold water thanks to this unit. I highly recommend this brand/company. And if you have read any of my reviews, I can be quite blunt if I do not like a product.

Just what I needed. Icemaker on my fridge died and I didn’t feel like replacing it so I got this. easy to use easy to maintain and care for. I use it once a week and make enough ice to fill up that container in my freezer. Works just perfect I love it. recommend it.

HAD THE MACHINE FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW IT STARTED TO NOT MAKE ICE, KEPT SAYING LOW WATER WATER WAS FULL, UNPLUG POWER REBOOT STILL NO LUCK EMPTY ALL WATER REFILL MACHINE STILL NO LUCK. EMAIL SELLER AND THEY SAID WE WILL SEND OUT A NEW MACHINE. GREAT WE WERE HAVING COMPANY OVER NEXT WEEK. TWO DAYS LATER GET ANOTHER REPLY FROM SELLER WE ARE NOT SENDING A NEW MACHINE WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. NOW WE NEED A ICE MAKER THIS WEEKEND TWO DAYS FROM NOW HAD TO GO TO WALMART TO BUY ONE FOR ALMOST TWICE THE MONEY. AT LEAST THEY STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT.

Bought this machine in June 2022 and it worked great was a little noisy but tolerable. Was very happy with machine. Here we are July 2022 and the machine will not make ice. I’m four days past return period. Do not buy this ice machine or you’ll be disappointed.
Update: company reached out to me and refunded my money. Great customer service.
