Edited 8/2/2022: Even though it was past the one month return deadline the seller contacted me to see how they could make things right. They sent me new trays. Both worked great.
Great little ice cube maker. Unfortunately a piece of the plastic broke off after first use. It’s not looking like they will last long term.
