Great, but I’ve notice a film or something on them that I can’t seem to get off. I noticed I had flakes in my drinks and when I checked the trays out, I saw the film (see photo). Could be my water, but I can’t get it to go away

Just when we thought ‘ice trays’ were no longer relevant… the auto ice makers in many modern refrigerators are sized to provide adequately for a family’s, in home beverages. But if you want to fill a large thermos type container to work outside or carry in the truck, etc, this modern adaptation is perfect. This particular one makes pretty big cubes so make sure the opening in your container is large enough. I’m totally sold on this silicone design, so if you need smaller cubes, definitely check out other sizes/shapes offered. Easy cube ejection and having the fitted lid makes it easy to carry from sink to fridge without spilling.
