This was to replace a previous pack that burst in microwave despite not over cooking it and using its recommended settings. It used to blow up like a balloon and it’s plastic would feel super soft and weak. So when it finally got a tear to let out steam I was not surprised.
These ones feel x5 times stronger. It doesn’t balloon up in microwave despite going 30secs over it’s recommendation. And the plastic doesn’t get super soft. So far super happy with it. Keep one in freezer so it’s ready if needed. Probably should keep both there and if I need it hot I could just nuke it but 🤷♂️. I feel they’ll last a long time. The band works well to keep them pressed against my lower back.

Lots to like: 1. they freeze fast 2. they are flexible but stay frozen for long 3. they have a nice sleeve with different textures on each side allowing choice in coldness 4. the strap can be removed is it is getting in the way but also has come in handy a few times for neck pain securing around my shoulder
I’ve used for lower back, neck, back of head, middle back, forehead and eyes. It’s a good, versatile size.

bought this item because my husband was having unrelieved back pain. This is the only thing, homeopathic or pharmaceutical that has helped him. Very easy to use; maintains the position you desire with ease. The hot/cold packs are large enough to cover a substantial area. My/his only issue is that he wishes they stayed colder longer, but with 2 packs provided it’s an easy switch out.

I went through a lot of Tylenol before I tried this. Bruised my lower back and it hurt like hell to get up from a chair. I used this with both ice packs still connected and it lasted over four hours. Only bad thing was the belt is a better fit for knees and shoulders, not a 42″ waist.

Was grateful to find this for my knee strain (used with knee brace). Used the ice pack 3x/day and was grateful for the 2 ice packs so one could be freezing while you are using the other one. Bravo.
Unfortunately I was hoping I would be able to move around with it but it doesn’t stay on my knee without riding down as I walk so I would ice my knee while working or driving for 15-20 minutes.
The design flaw is in the fabric choice, it starts to fray really bad as soon as the velcro adheres to the stretchy fabric and you pull it apart from it. It looks HORRIBLE. So what I did after using it was fold the velcro in half so it would stick to itself and then wouldn’t get caught on any part of the fabric. Wish I figured this out on day one. Other than that I’m really glad I purchased this ice pack and will continue to use as needed.

2 pack gel packs for spains with wrap. the wrap is a little big for these but works with Velcro of course that is attached to the wrap so it will stay in place on the injury. Pretty big strap as well but not made to wrap around the back or anything like that.. will work on ankle, arm, leg. Nice that its cold and hot pack. Love the feeling of the packs reminds me of the school gel packs as a kid but way more sturdy and shouldn’t have an issue with holes since the plastic is pretty firm.

Absolutely love this. Since it comes with a sleeve that has an attached velcro strap, I was able to wrap is around my ankle with ease and didn’t have to worry about being still and not moving about. No longer was I stuck in the same position afraid to move because my kitchen towel would fall off, or that the ice pack would move. The ice packs themselves are cased in a very durable material as well and no more worries of holes punctured while in the freezer like those plastic covered ice packs. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
