This set is exactly what I expected to get. Only thing is I don’t notice a huge difference in temperature compared to drinking my whisky neat.

Straight up:
Do they work? Yes.
Are they better than ice? No
These will undeniably chill your drink, but do not expect them to have the same efficiency as an ice cube. They will chill one full glass or a few partially-filled glasses, and your drink will not get watered down. That’s it. If you want to enjoy a drink or 2, these work perfectly. If you intend to fill your glass and have several, or if you mix your poison of choice with other liquids to stretch it out so you can have several glasses, these are not for you. They are good for the purpose they were designed to serve, but they cannot maintain temp for very long. Buy accordingly.

I wanted to like these. They are really cool looking but only last about 3 minutes sadly.

No watered down drinks.

My dad was always having to put ice in his whisky but then I found these and gifted them to him for Christmas. Usually he puts the Christmas gift to the side and never touches it again. However, he wasted no time putting these into the freezer and enjoying them in his drink later that evening. The packaging was nice enough that I had no problem with putting in with his other whiskey gifts (That were ignored). The box was plain enough so it did not give away what was inside. The stones themselves were smooth and attractive which was what I wanted.
