Nice size. Easy to pack for travel. Easy to fill. I followed others’ advice to mix water and alcohol. A mix of 2/3 water and 1/3 isopropyl alcohol worked best for me to produce a slightly frozen mix that formed comfortably to the shape of my knee.

Works great. I use it when I get migraines, which is quite often. Doesn’t leak. Stays cold for quite some time.
I’ve purchased two now. I used the first one for two years. It still worked fine but it was discolored and a little gross looking so I bought a new one. (I have a bad habit of leaving water in them for a while after use. I recommend emptying it out as soon as your done with it.)
