These are my favorite ice packs. They are small and pliable so they easily form to places like feet and elbows. I know it is silly but I put them under my pillow at night because I get hot and they are the perfect size to keep my pillow cool!

I am using these on my neck. At first, I was having to hold them in place and then I looked down and saw a Velcro head band I use for washing my face. I now use that to make a neck pack and it works great. After these are out of the freezer a couple of minutes it is easy to get these to conform to the shape you need. I think it was good buy for the money as well!

I have only used these as frozen to reduce swelling and for that they work quite well. I keep a couple in the freezer for that purpose.

I have a genetic chronic pain disorder so I use ice packs a lot. I recently moved and wanted to replace some very well used ice packs I’ve been using for years. These are a good size and flexible enough to use in a variety of joints. Stays cold for a decent amount of time and seem durable. I really like these.
To everyone getting the rashes– you really shouldn’t apply ice or heat directly to your skin. I’m not sure it’s the fault of the products. Try wrapping it in a t shirt or a dish towel 🤷🏼♀️

These are great, they feel really cold after being in the freezer, they feel durable, and they are still flexible even when frozen. Have not tried heating them yet, but I imagine they do great at that too.

bro. these icepacks, although quite pricey, are completely worth it. they are such nice quality and material. i love these. especially how they don’t get rock hard when freezing them for days. they are still very very cold as all other icepacks but they are still squishy. i use these for a DBT skill called TIPP and they work. i totally recommend.

I really like that there are 4 decent sized gel packs. They don’t take as long to freeze and when they aren’t one hundred percent frozen they are plyable so they can really be put around my foot with a wrap or whatever. Love them. Perfect size to hit what you need and not be so big as to be in the way.

I used these for a major surgery, it was so nice not having bulky bags of ice, this was bendable. Only downside is if you’re really warm it’ll thaw out fast but It did what it was supposed to
