I ordered these to use for my ankle, leg, and foot after surgery. They work great and i really like the multiple sizes. I could fit one anywhere there was pain. They stay cold for about the 20 minutes youre supposed to ice for pain. And because they come in a multi-pack its easy to just swap the used ones out for cold ones. They dont take very long to freeze back up. Great ice packs (Note: i havent used them for heat packs, nor would I try to. They seem to be really just for freezing. I was afraid theyd melt or explode if microwaved)

J’apprécie le grand format qui permet d’emballer mes genoux. Et le fait que je puisse les mettre dans l’eau fraîchement ébouillantée pour les réchauffer (je n’ai pas de four à micro-ondes). Par contre, ils ont deux défauts importants: ils ne conservent pas la chaleur longtemps (mon utilisation principale) et ils deviennent très durs une fois congelés. Je dois les laisser dégeler un peu pour les rendre flexibles. Ils restent froids très longtemps, par ailleurs.

As someone who suffers with neck pain and headaches, I needed ice packs to help relieve the pain. However, I didn’t own any ice packs that could help me. I ordered these ice packs (which are small in size which I expected) and they have helped with not only my pain, but my family have used them when it gets hot at home. The only minor thing I would say is that they don’t stay cold for long, but for the price and the size, I am pleased with the purchase.

Followed instructions exactly for use with cold therapy, product is almost impossible to use. Froze in refrigerator freezer but product was as hard as a rock so not pliable at all and couldnt apply to affected area. Once it started thawing, it was so wet with condensation it even saturated the towel it was wrapped in. Not bad for heat therapy but find even with short microwave bursts there is terrible hot spots that are impossible to knead out. Will not recommend.

Great for little ones who have a bump and want to ice for a short time. I notice they don’t stay frozen for a full 20 minutes. Which is fine if your little one isn’t wanting to ice that long anyways. I wouldn’t use this as an adult. One of the ice packs broke at the seam already after only 2 uses. Seems like a product defect. I don’t know how to get a replacement. I hope the seller sees this and offers one.

The price is good although we didn’t really need 4 of these, so only 2 are kept in the freezer. If you need a soft frozen pack quickly, this may not be a great choice. They are as stiff as a board when they come out of the freezer so they won’t exactly drape over your shoulder as seen in the image. They do soften up with a bit of time, but because they’re not as soft as others we’ve had, I’d suggest looking for an alternative.

The plastic was weird, kind of sticky. The gel packs keep sticking together. The plastic also seems thin and I was worried about them breaking. Even with knowing the measurements, these seemed much smaller when I got them.

I recently had a mastectomy and cold packs gave me great relief. But I have been swapping them out quite often. They wear out and bust. I really wish they would last. They are the perfect size. I have bought 2 sets of these ice packets, since I needed them all the time when I left the hospital. I know nothing last forever but I am 3 weeks post surgery. 😕 I would recommend them for someone who does need to use them that often.
