If your on the fence about getting this ice maker, hop on over and buy this!! This is the ice like hospitals use. Small and chewable. It doesn’t put any other flavors in your ice. Tastes like ice. Within 8 min it starts making ice. Within 30 min, you have a full basket of ice. Very easy to use. One push of the button and you’re making ice. It’s not loud at all. I only hear it running when the ice drops into the empty basket. Timer is great. I had a full basket and turned it off…I still had ice that next day. I would recommend this ice maker. I bought it for a family get together but I’m finding myself using it for so much more than parties. I even find myself just eating cups of ice!! Lol

I find this so much easier to use and convenient as well than having to freeze and fill ice cube trays. It doesn’t have too many unnecessary buttons or options so it is pretty easy to use and understand. It’s also not loud so we can easily have conversations in the same room without paying too much attention to the ice being made in the background. I like nugget shape instead of the more common dome/cylinder shaped ice. It’s also quick and easy to keep since there aren’t too many parts to keep clean. I would definitely recommend this!

I bought this machine because I love getting the nugget ice at that famous chicken sandwich chain. After using this machine for almost a month now, it has not disappointed. Perfect sized nugget ice to go with my iced tea.
Real easy to set up. I usually power it on about 2-3 hours before a party and it will last for quite a bit before needing a refill.

I was so excited when it arrived Tuesday. I read all the instructions and waited the necessary 24 hours required before using to allow the freon to settle. Wash it out and got it ready. I added the water and started it up. After 4 hours and the technical phone calls, it still had not made ice. Thinking it may have been damage in shipping due to the looks of the box. I was so disappointed. Customer service issued a credit and I ordered a different version. Hopefully it works.
