So wonderful. I highly recommend for those of us who suffer from frequent headaches.
First I bought one, and loved it so much I bought a second. I use them on the back of my neck, and my forehead when I have a headache. They make way more of a difference than you would think! They Velcro on, so it doesn’t matter how you move around; they stay put.
Then I bought another pair, so I could have both on at the same time, and still have the other pair chilling in the freezer.

A month ago I hyperextended my knee and icing it to reduce inflammation and swelling has been so easy with this product. I love how stretchy the strap is to adjust the tightness on it and making it versatile enough to use on various parts of the body. We now have two of these, we love them so much! One we keep in the freezer for icing purposes and the other we keep out to use in the microwave for when we need a warm wrap. I highly recommend this product!

I have used the packs for cold so far, not heat. They are the right size and work well. I hope they loosen up a bit as time goes on.

Easy to use. I used it to help healing my tennis elbow with heat as per my orthopedist direction. Heat is not intended to relief pain right away, but to heal, I haven’t used it with cold. but still, is comfortable to use.

The first time I ordered this product, I noticed on the back of the box read an expiry date of February 2019 and I purchased it at the end of May 2019. I returned it without a problem ordering it again but I received it today (I ordered it a few days ago/June 2019) and AGAIN received an expired product (February 2019).
I’m very disappointed as the reviews looked positive but I won’t be ordering this again as I would likely received another expired product.

Perfect for my sore wrist and Achilles tendon. Just the right amount of coldness! The wrap is great too. I tried three other ice wraps and this is by far the best.

I received this Gel Pack promptly and it’s working as advertised. I keep it in the freezer and are using for my Tennis Elbow. Layer of fabric insulates skin from freezing. Stays cold long enough to relieve the inflammation. Wrap is elasticized with Velcro attachment at the end to keep it in place. Stays snug and does not ride down while wearing.
I highly recommend this product!

I broke my ankle and got this one first. It was great but I needed more because the nerve damage went from upper ankle to all down my foot. I went with the other strap ice packs this company offers that comes in a two pack so now I have three but I prefer the quality of the two pack as they are slightly different. The upside of this particular model is that it comes with a fabric cover that has straps attached and the (included) ice pack inserts into it, as opposed to the others that have the straps attached right to the ice pack itself and no fabric covers. I guess it depends what you are looking for but I don’t regret buying all three and regardless of which you go with, the straps are a brilliant addition for injuries.
