I love this product so much. The only thing I’d change is that I’d make it be able to keep the ice in it like a freezer instead of having to empty it all the time to keep it from melting.

Needed an ice maker to help supplement the in freezer one. This one works great. As long as there’s water in it, it’ll make ice.. sensors let you know if it needs more water or ice is full. occasionally an ice cube does get stuck blocking the sensor but just move it and it’s back on track,
Cleaning it is easy. Has drain plug and can put that area over sink while you clean and rinse the maker.

I absolutely love this machine. It makes great ice, and it doesn’t take that long before you have enough to satisfy your individual needs. If I were to have one criticism it would be that the ice is “wet” therefore when you go to put in freezer it does freeze into a nice clump! Nothing that a hammer doesn’t fix! I would 100% recommend this machine for all your individual ice in the cup needs!

This little ice machine worked well, it made ice quickly and I liked it. But… After unpacking it it seemed to be a little dirty. It had some smudges or scuffs on the top of it, some that I couldn’t remove. So I decided to keep it regardless and cleaned it the best that I could. However there was one final flaw that I could not ignore and that was the power and control settings on the top (See Photo) of it didn’t seem to fit right and would come unglued and peel up slightly. I made several attempts to try and fix it because I really didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, but nothing worked. So it was returned.

I recently had this running 4 days straight in a hot cabin, and aside from stopping when it needed to be dumped / refilled it worked great! -1star for the handle as it pops out easy, once for a fall. The machine did continue to work after though

The basket does not pull out easily. It gets hanged up by the eye guides. You have to pull it out with 2 hands and bend the basket. Do I need a new basket?
